BALDO CLASSIC RICE. PERFECT FOR CREAMY RISOTTOS WITH A UNIQUE FLAVOR

Baldo Classic rice is classified as superfine; its grain is indeed large, translucent, and very firm. It is the result of a cross between Arborio rice and the Stirpe 136 variety.

Its grain holds its texture well during cooking and doesn’t become mushy in taste; on the contrary, it remains compact and distinct. It’s a refined grain, highly recognized for its excellent performance in the kitchen. While cooking, it releases minimal starch, allowing the rice to remain separate and preserving its taste.

It absorbs seasonings very well, giving rise to creamy, well-blended, and velvety risottos. It’s also an excellent choice for preparing the classic Sicilian rice dish: arancini.
